These Terms of Service govern your use of Autoreport ("the Service"), operated by Autoreport ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to the Service you agree to these terms.
Autoreport connects to your Stripe account using a read-only API key you provide, retrieves your payment data from the previous week, and delivers a PDF report to your email address every Monday. We do not store your Stripe API key beyond what is necessary to generate your reports, and we never initiate, modify, or cancel payments on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. The Service is intended for business use.
The Service is billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable tax will be added at checkout based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive reports until that date.
We access your Stripe data solely to generate your weekly report. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. Your Stripe API key is stored securely and used only to retrieve data on your behalf. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@autoreport.dev.

We aim to deliver reports every Monday morning. While we make every effort to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Temporary delays or failures do not entitle you to a refund unless we fail to deliver reports for an extended period.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on report data.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
